Q1: Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
A: You can contact us to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after payment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation or modification is no longer available. You may apply for a return after receiving the package.
Q2: What should I do if I receive damaged or wrong products?
A: Please take clear photos of the package and defective or incorrect items, then email us within 7 days after delivery. We will verify the issue quickly and provide a full refund, exchange, or reshipment service.
Q3: How long does a refund take to process?
A: After we receive and verify your returned item, we will approve your refund immediately. Funds will arrive in your original payment account within 3–7 business days.
Q4: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we support worldwide shipping. International orders take 7–15 business days for delivery. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Q5: Will the product color be exactly the same as the picture?
A: All products are photographed in real kind. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting and screen display differences, which are normal and not product quality issues.
Q6: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can check your delivery status online anytime.
Q7: Is my personal and payment information secure?
A: Yes. Our Shopify store uses advanced industry encryption technology to protect all customer personal data and payment information. We will never disclose or sell your private information.
Q8: Can I exchange my item for a different size?
A: Yes, size exchange is available within 30 days of delivery for unused, tagged items. Customers cover return shipping fees unless the size error is caused by our official description mistake.
