RYNLEES is committed to providing a reliable and satisfying shopping experience. We offer a customer-friendly return and refund policy for all eligible orders.

Return Period

Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, stain-free, and returned with original tags and original packaging intact. Items that are worn, altered, damaged by customers, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, discounted final sale products, and certain accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and promotional reasons. Related labels will be marked on corresponding product pages.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service via email within the return window and submit your order number and return request.
2. Wait for our official return approval within 24–48 hours.
3. Ship the item back following the return instructions provided and keep the tracking number.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our product quality issues, wrong item delivery, or our shipping errors.

Defective & Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us with clear product photos within 7 days after delivery. We will offer free return, exchange, or full refund solutions with no extra cost to you.
