Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
US Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment.
International Shipping: 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on local logistics and customs clearance.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on item weight and shipping destination. We offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the latest activity rules on our website.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all local import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees. RYNLEES is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can track your package status online in real time. Please contact us promptly if your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed.
